Splatoo is a product operated by Svita Studio s.r.o. (“we”, “us”), based in Slovakia. This policy explains how we handle personal data on the splatoo.com website. You can reach us any time at hello@splatoo.com.
We collect only what you give us. There is one form on the site — the contact form — and it asks for your name, email address, the type of space you're interested in, and your message. Our hosting also keeps standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and request time) needed to serve and secure the site.
We do not run advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not build behavioural profiles.
We use your contact details for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to messages you send us, and taking steps at your request before any agreement. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and reliable.
Your message is delivered to our team by email so we can respond. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. It is seen only by the people at Svita Studio s.r.o. who handle enquiries, and by the service providers below that process it strictly on our behalf.
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to deal with your request, plus a reasonable period afterwards for our records, and then delete them. Server logs are kept short-term. If you ask us to erase your data, we will — unless we are legally required to keep it.

We rely on a small number of providers who process data only on our instructions: a hosting provider that runs the website and its contact endpoint, and an email provider that delivers the contact-form messages to us. They are contractually bound to protect your data and to use it only to provide their service to us.
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, it is done under appropriate safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
We may update this policy as the site and our services evolve. The date in the sidebar shows when it was last changed.
